Carolina Folk Art Festival ... Birkdale Village ... Huntersville, NC






Join us for the 6th Annual Carolina Folk Art Festival hosted by Maddi's Gallery. Saturday May 15th & Sunday May 16th 
Saturday 10am-6pm   Sunday 11am-6pm


The site is “the Green” at Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC.
Huntersville is 20 miles north of Charlotte,
exit 25 off I-77 and convenient to I-85.




Stroll the Village and see painting, pottery, jewelry, gourds, glass mosaics, metal work and wood. A fun outing for the entire family!

Come see new artwork by Nikki Cherry (the preppy possum)!  Lots in 12" x 12" size perfect for any space and they look awesome in groupings!  

This year’s Festival logo was created by Bailey Jack, a folk artist from Georgia. You can meet her and see her work at this year’s Festival.

Spring Fest in Southern Pines, NC

Saturday was a great day...sold some art, have lots of new commissions to work on, picked up an awesome  gallery(details to come)...and the list goes on and on...I could live in southern pines...I love that place!

SpringFest in Southern Pines, NC

Come see tons of new artwork and meet the artist...lots of 12"x12" size...perfect for any nook or gift...should be a great day in a gorgeous town...

a little about the festival:
Held the last Saturday in April from 10am to 4pm – free to attend, both sides of Broad Street is blocked off for 2 blocks. Join us for arts, crafts, games, rides, food, entertainment, and more! We host over 160 vendors from all around North Carolina and the country. Enjoy beautiful artwork and crafts including paintings, jewelry, metal art, photography, woodwork, designs from nature, and other amazing creations. This event is held in conjunction with Tour de Moore, an annual bicyle race in Moore County, and is co-sponsored by the Town of Southern Pines.

Masters Tourney followed by wine/beer tasting and yummy food and art
